Meditation in the Yogic tradition, which you may know as Raja Yoga, follows an ancient tradition of structured teaching by way of steps to inner growth and freedom. Practice of these steps leads us to the inner peace and balance necessary for your ‘Conversations with the Source’ with Divinity itself, God… your ‘Union’ or Yoga… and to following your Bliss.

Bliss is a state of a deep sense of presence in your life when you know you’re doing what you’re supposed to be doing with your own life. So following your Bliss is following a Divine path of being true to your own essence.

Yoga Meditation is really the whole of Yoga

In her teaching of this class Susan covers: philosophy, meditation postures to suit all, breathing techniques and practices, focusing, concentration, contemplation, active imagination, visualisation, transcending and relaxations. Classes are usually one and a half hours but can occasionally run over if we need time and it suits us for deeper discussion, or practice.
