We eat in the traditional way to allow the body to use energy in a rhythmic way for our energy, cleansing and rest – late breakfast and lunch with a couple of additional snacks. We have one cleansing day on Sunday, and optionally again on Wednesday. We have Sauna on Tuesday and Wednesday. We have daily free time for personal practice, self-care, walking, naps etc. We’re allowed 2 glasses of wine on most evenings whilst we relax, get to know each other, listen to ambient music or the stream, read etc. We try to be in bed at the same time every night and awake as well for our body rhythms.
